MICHELLE BUTEAU, is heading Down Under for the very first time. The actor, stand-up superstar, bestselling author and Netflix sensation will bring her acclaimed live show to Australian audiences this December, delivering the laugh-out-loud storytelling, razor-sharp observations and unfiltered honesty that have made her a global fan favourite.

Whether you've discovered her through Netflix's Survival Of The Thickest, fallen in love with her as the host of The Circle, or binged her award-winning stand-up specials, one thing is certain: nobody does comedy quite like Michelle Buteau.

Known for her larger-than-life charisma and hilarious takes on everything from relationships and motherhood to ambition, body image and modern life, Buteau has built a devoted international following by saying exactly what everyone else is thinking.

Buteau's rise has been nothing short of meteoric. She is the creator, executive producer and star of Netflix's hit comedy series Survival Of The Thickest, inspired by her bestselling collection of essays of the same name. The third and final season of the show is out now. Her first Netflix special, WELCOME TO BUTEAUPIA won the Critics Choice Television Award for Best Comedy Special. In 2024, she made comedy history when she filmed her second Netflix special, A BUTEAU-FUL MIND, at the legendary Radio City Music Hall in New York, becoming the first woman ever to tape a comedy special at the iconic venue.

Beyond comedy, Buteau continues to dominate screens big and small. She recently starred in the critically acclaimed comedy Babes, alongside Ilana Glazer, and has appeared in fan-favourite films and series includingMarry Me, Always Be My Maybe, Someone Great and First Wives Club. She’ll next be seen in the female driven comedy, Spa Weekend.

Now, after conquering streaming platforms, sold-out theatres and some of the world's most prestigious stages, Michelle Buteau is taking on Australia.
