Winter Garden FAQs

Yes. The Winter Garden Experience ticket does not include entry to the show. You will need to purchase a separate show ticket.

The Palais Theatre Winter Garden is located on Level 1. At the Venue entry, staff and signage will be available to direct you. 

Yes. The Winter Garden includes a private bar where additional beverages may be purchased.

Yes, ample seating is provided. 

No, only guests with a Winter Garden Experience ticket will be permitted entry.

The express merchandise lane is available for selected shows only and may vary based on event operations.

Premium Lounge FAQs

Yes. The Premium Lounge Experience ticket does not include entry to the show. You will need to purchase a separate show ticket.
